For a previous holiday season, Shimmerwalls was selected to create a stunning outdoor installation that would reflect the street’s dynamic and creative vibe of Carnaby Street. Shimmerwalls crafted a breathtaking sequin display that added a festive sparkle to Carnaby Street’s celebrations. The project resulted in a dazzling 500-panel sequin installation, featuring an impressive 60,500 shimmering sequins that arched beautifully over the iconic street, delighting passersby.

Royal Blue Sequin Panels: A Bold Festive Statement

For this particular project, Shimmerwalls used S30LT Royal Blue ShimmerClick boards, featuring circular sequins. Given the unpredictable nature of London’s winter weather, the sequin panels underwent UV treatment and were coated with PVC paint to ensure durability throughout the festive season. This protective treatment helped maintain the vibrancy of the sequins, while also guarding the display against harsh elements such as wind, rain, and prolonged sun exposure.
