The IVY

For the Christmas holiday season 2017 the iconic Ivy Restaurant in Covent Garden London was covered in 15mm bright green sequins hung on our black backing boards and surrounded by a colourful bauble and green foliage arrangement designed and produced by Early Hours Ltd.
The sequins are able to move freely as they are specially designed to sit away from their hooks and we also apply an anti-static treatment to our sequins so they hang beautifully and move with air flow which creates our trademark shimmer.
This scheme needed to be able to withstand the London winter weather, our backing boards are manufactured and designed by us to keep their sequins on in high winds and to withstand cold temperatures and rain.
The boards needed to be cut to achieve straight edges around the menu cards and along the pavement line, the scoring on the back of our boards allow this to be done easily whilst fitting using a sharp knife.
This was a lovely example of a Christmas holiday Event scheme that can be reused year after year after storage back in their boxes.
