Drunk Elephant Pop-UpSkincare Company Event
Greek Street, Soho, London, UK In October 2023, Shimmerwalls collaborated with the cosmetic brand Drunk Elephant on an ambitious project in Soho, London. The installation covered an entire building façade on Greek Street with shimmering pink iridescent sequin panels for a pop-up event. Nearly 500 sequin panels, featuring over 60,000 sequins, transformed the building into a captivating landmark, drawing attention from passers-by.
The event designers, Newman Displays, specifically requested the pink iridescent sequin color. This unique shade shifts between enchanting pinks, blues, and purples, offering a dream-like quality that changes with daylight, viewing angle, and surrounding reflections. This dynamic spectacle provided an immersive experience, highlighting the versatility and visual impact of Shimmerwalls’ sequin panels. To maintain the installation’s vibrancy, the sequins were coated with a protective UV film, ensuring the colors remained dazzling despite exposure to sunlight. This project exemplifies Shimmerwalls’ dedication to providing durable, easy-to-install outdoor sequin panels that can withstand various environmental conditions while retaining their allure. The collaboration with Drunk Elephant in Soho is a testament to the transformative power of Shimmerwalls' sequin panels.
